The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The presence of bugs in the bed was unacceptable, as we spent the night fighting them off instead of relaxing. The poor Wi-Fi connectivity was another letdown, hard for us to stay connected while on vacation.

Absolutely loved the grand villa with our own private pool! It felt so plush, yet delightfully local. The staff treated us like family, and the amazing views.
The beach is a tad small-great for lounging, but swimming? Not so much! Guess I'll have to stick to my 'dry' sunbathing skills.

would love to go back
The infinity pool had fine views of the ocean. Breakfast was varied and freshly made, with local fruits and pastries. In-room massages were out of this world. Staff was super friendly and were really nice for us. Mosquito repellant was everywhere, a plus!

Strolling through the resort, we loved the tranquil vibes and fine beach views. The Grand Villa's private pool was a hit, especially for my wife and me. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts while savoring the amazing sunsets from our deck.
My wife says that a stronger front door lock would enhance safety.

The Garden View Cottage features a charming, rustic ambiance that wraps around you like a warm hug. Enjoying the lush greenery outside my door while sipping a morning coffee on the private porch elevated the experience.
For the price point, I expected more amenities like massage rooms, absent here. The beach, while accessible, wasn't as pristine as I had hoped, and the lack of privacy due to easy public access was a letdown were good.

The staff's customer service was exceptional! They were very friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants and tours. They even helped organize the tours and called tricycles for us. the communication and fast responses to our questions were excellent. the food at the restaurant was delicious and the view of the ocean from the pool and restaurant was amazing. We also enjoyed the location, as we were able to easily visit Maremegmeg Beach for beautiful sunsets.
The wifi connection was only available at the main reception and bar, which was a bit inconvenient. We also encountered a lot of mosquitoes during our stay, despite wearing repellent.
